Color Guidance for Best Results

To ensure your custom vinyl looks its best, we recommend choosing solid, non-neon colors.

Please note:

  • Metallic colors (gold, chrome, mirror finishes) cannot be reproduced in vinyl.
  • Neon or fluorescent colors may not appear as vibrant in real vinyl.
  • Purple tones can be difficult to match accurately and may vary in appearance.

For the most accurate and beautiful results, we suggest:

  • Classic tones (reds, blues, greens)
  • Earth tones (sage, sand, terracotta)
  • Soft pastels
  • Deep, rich shades (navy, forest, burgundy)

If you’re unsure, preview your hex in the tool above to see how it will appear on vinyl.

Next step: Copy your hex and paste it into the Custom Color (Hex Selection) field when ordering your record.
